Individual Therapy

Individual treatment is often referred to as psychotherapy. The main goal of individual psychotherapy is to combine emotional support, clarity, and evidenced-based interventions to help each client gain the tools needed to successfully navigate their unique personal, environmental, and relational concerns.

People seek treatment for many reasons such as, unresolved issues from childhood, divorce, loss of a loved one, work and/or relationship problems, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, stress, and problems managing one's emotions and/or mood. Left untreated, these issues can result in problems in relationships, professional life, and overall health and well-being.
